The maple plies produce a shell that has even highs and mids with a rounded low end and a slight mid bump – the ideal snare tone. Held together with low-mass/low-contact shell hardware assures optimum shell performance and rock-solid durability.
Seasoned drum maker Pearl has added a stunning, and classically beautiful, White Satin Pearl finish. with chrome hardware, this snare is sure to catch eyes and be comfortable in any venue. Overview
The slim 6-ply shells are manufactured with Pearl’s ‘Superior Shell Technology’ with overlapping scarf-joint seams and proprietary AcoustGlue. This clever glue fills every pore and dries to the exact consistency of the wood for optimum resonance. The plies are then formed in a high-temperature mold with a hydraulic press to produce perfect drum shells.
