The 6-ply, 7.5mm poplar shells are designed to deliver warm low-end with a solid midrange attack. This makes the kit particularly suited to rock, where projection and tonal depth are key. The poplar construction gives each drum a full-bodied sound without overpowering the rest of your band, so you’ll cut through when needed but stay balanced overall.

Tom mounts that preserve tone

The Opti-Loc Suspension System holds your toms firmly in place without reducing their resonance. Instead of dampening the shells with rigid connections, it uses a three-point attachment with rubber isolators that reduce stress on the drum. You’ll get longer sustain and a more open tone—helpful when dialling in your ideal sound during rehearsal or recording.

Hardware that holds up

The HWP-834 hardware pack includes everything you need: a hi-hat stand, snare stand, bass drum pedal, and two cymbal stands. It’s all built for durability and stability, even in high-impact setups. The hardware feels solid underfoot and stays put, giving you confidence during performances or heavy practice sessions.
