A brilliant starter cajon with clear distinction between snare and bass tones. The LP Black Box Cajon is crafted from 6mm-thick medium-density fibreboard with a tapa / faceplate made from Baltic birch. This construction, although incredibly simple, provides a wonderfully smooth feel, allowing your hands to glide rapidly over the faceplate for quicker playing. The edges of the Black Box Cajon are rounded to provide increased playability and comfort.
